MICHIL'S NEWSLETTER
There are many reasons to visit the Vernaculus exhibition dedicated to Ladin artist Lois Irsara. The first is simple: anyone who does not know Lois can thus approach his world of signs, strokes, colours that speak straight to the heart. A true Ladin vernacular, that of Lois: a sound, a voice, a song that is pure poetry. The second has to do with time: through Lois's works, we travel in a dimension that is made of memory. But beware: this is not a journey of the past linked to the rhetoric of how we were. Rather, it is a journey that is an awareness of what we have become today. A true catharsis. The third is that the organiser of this, to say the least, marvellous exhibition is Lisa Kostner, a friend, our travelling companion for an intense, rich and full of vitality period. A journey that we hope she can continue as soon as possible. Giulan Lisa.
